My most recent visit was due to a leak in one of my tires. Angelo was very friendly and down to earth and I didn't feel reluctant to ask clarification around questions I didn't completely understand. He kept me up to date on status and the technician was able to repair it with minor cost.

Sales team was honestly great, they were respectful at all times, and not once I ever felt pressured to buy the pick up. I would have bought elsewhere if I was. They have a great team!! Keep up the good work!!

Scheduled on-line for LOF, tire rotation and cabin filter replacement. Met by Service Advisor Mitch Crownhart who had already reviewed service history and suggested several item to check. Colorado was ready when promised.

Great customer service from the time I called to make the appointment - to the time I picked up my car. Mitch is very professional and friendly and made me feel very comfortable while at the dealership. The only strange thing that happened is after Mitch set up a "courtesy ride" for me to be picked up at my home and brought back to the dealership - the app told me the driver would be "Krusin2" (something like that) and it would be 28 minutes till he would arrive. My phone rang about 2 minutes after that text, and I figured it would be about my courtesy ride. It turns out that it was Don Andreen, a family member that has caused a lot of issues in our family - he is one of your drivers and he said he would be at my home in 10 minutes. I told him that I already have a ride picking me up.....so I believe that he saw my name and made the call to me - which can be suspicious for some people. It was an uncomfortable ride, and I just wanted to be sure that I shared the incident with your team.

This was our first chevy truck, so I wasn't sure I wanted to switch it up from my usual Ram and actually had no plans on making a decision that day. From beginning to end everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Zach was awesome and very patient answering all my questions and showing us multiple vehicles until we found exactly what we wanted. Even I didn't know I had so many preferences! Nate helped with the accessories and even spent time looking at getting a truck from another dealership because I couldn't decide what color I wanted. They both were very helpful and accommodating while we tried to make a final decision, which was greatly appreciated as they were both very busy that day. Jennifer helped with all the paperwork and made it an extremely easy process even giving us time to call our insurance company to get that all set up. Tom helped us out when we picked it up. He explained everything in detail and even helped us get some preferences set and phones connected before we left. It really is the little things that make the difference. The overall atmosphere was pretty impressive. Everyone was willing to step in and help out. It was a very smooth process, and we actually had a little fun in the process. Your people were great-very helpful and courteous. The charge I felt to replace a starter on my 2017 Silverado was extremely high! Goggle said it should cost around $550. I was charged $750. I'm very disappointed in that.

Had my vehicle towed in, as it died on the road while driving. Nick and his team took great care of me and my vehicle. My only complaint was that I went 6 weeks without a vehicle. A loaner vehicle was requested several times and never received one. I work 20 minutes away from where I live, so a vehicle was an absolute need. They were very flexible and lenient to work with, provided many options to choose from when the car broke down, and never once pressured me into anything and would not do anything unless I asked which was very nice for billing purposes.

recent 45k service was done. Tecchs recommended new tires as I was aware they were needing replacement. tire special was on going so I elected to add new tires to the service visit.

The fact that the technicians missed a very visible nail in my tire that I had to point out after they told me they were inspected is concerning. It then took 1 hour for them to repair I will service my car at my local dealer moving forward

Came in for a simple oil change during an out of town visit. I appreciated the video of the engine compartment and underbody of the truck. It is a nice touch this particular dealer does.

Someone approved my car to help me as soon as I drove in. This was my first visit so he explained the process of service and where I could go to wait for my car while it was being evaluated. When finished, I was told of any issues with my car. All in all, it was a pleasant and easy visit.

Equinox was in and out in a time

I have gone to Clements Chevrolet for several years. Everyone from the receptionist who books my appointment to the people at the desk and the people who service my car. I was a little disappointed yesterday as I have a sound like gravel rolling back and forth as I stop and start at a stop sign. Two of the mechanics took it out, and told me it was in the console. When my car was finished, I was told I could make an appointment to have this taken care of, but "two hours of diagnostic would be $270." I can't afford that right now, and don't understand why it needs two hours of diagnosing if they already know what the problem is. At any rate, I will just put up with it for awhile, as I am moving in three weeks and can't afford it right now. That is the only complaint I have ever had at Clements, and will continue to have my car serviced there as I trust them and like it there.

I didn’t care for being tossed between different people throughout the purchase instead of just talking to one person the whole time. I felt pressured to buy a car there just because they wanted the sale that day versus letting me order the car I wanted.

Brandon Cada was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle that I was interested in. Everyone I dealt with that day did not disappoint.

I called in the early morning and was able to get in within a couple hours which I wasn't planning on originally. Angelo was very friendly and personable in the service department. I'm not convinced that I like the paperless process now though.

The knowledge of your service advisors are top notch. Definitely recommend.

I came in for a diagnostic because of check engine light. Am overall inspection of my vehicle was not needed. The person in said video speaks too fast like they all do. I was called and told my truck would be ready in 45 minutes, so I started walking back. I got back in 20 to 25 minutes and find my truck parked outside. Nick asked me to take a seat, that he had to finish up paperwork from another customer I think. Yet there were a couple other guys just talking to each other. Couldn't one of them are me? Is my time not valuable? I was glad to see the warranty I paid for covered the expenses.

Sam my salesman did everything to make me feel comfortable in buying my new Traverse Z71. This is the first new car I have ever owned and I am 70 years old. He went over the computer system very well and has allowed me to text him with some crazy questions. I truly enjoyed my experience in dealing with Sam. Mike the finance person was also great. Will be recommending Rochester Chevy to my friends and relatives.

Had a tire sensor error and needed some new tires. This dealership got me in right away to take care of these items.

I brought my 2023 Silverado in for a recall notice after having made the reservation online with the dealership. The recall documentation stated the repair should take an hour. I was given no other contradictory time frame, UNTIL I arrived at the dealership and was told it's a half day job. I live 50 miles away and had planned on waiting the ONE HOUR, not 4 hours. To the credit of the maintenance department, they knew I was waiting and put more than one person on the vehicle and it was done much sooner than I was initially told. This was a gross error in communication which put me and the maintenance dept. in a bit of a bind, which could have been avoided. Thank you again to the department staff for doing their best to get me on my way.

Talston was very professional. It was evident he knew about the vehicles features. Jennifer explained the financing piece thoroughly. The process was quick as well. This was nice considering I had a 3 hour drive home.

Mitch helped isolate a road noise problem to ‘tired’ tires! In addition took care of rear brakes and other routine maintenance. Car wash is a frosting on the cake.

I purchased a warranty that is worthless, as my truck has a miss, diagnostics attributed it to carbonization of my trucks fuel injection system. Were the injectors pulled? No

It was a fun experience getting to experience my first oil change! They even sent me a short video of the car's health and the issue that was going on with the front right tire. They managed to diagnose and fix the right tire too, so good job! 👍
